🎉 Celebrating a Decade of Excellence! 🎉HRNCIR Construction recently marked a significant milestone – our 10th anniversary! 🏗️✨ The journey over the past decade has been nothing short of remarkable, and we couldn't have reached this milestone without the incredible support of our clients, industry partners, subcontractors, and, of course, our cherished friends and family. To commemorate this special occasion, we gathered at Gilley's Dallas for an evening filled with joy, gratitude, and reflection. It was heartening to see familiar faces and connect with the individuals who have played a pivotal role in our success.A huge shoutout to everyone who joined us in celebrating this momentous occasion. Your presence made the evening truly memorable, and we are immensely grateful for the strong relationships we've built over the years. Here's to another decade of growth, collaboration, and continued success! Thank you for being a part of our journey. ✨#HRNCIRConstruction #10YearAnniversary #BuildingTogether #DallasConstruction #DFWConstruction #DallasCommercialRealEstate #InteriorConstruction

Reflecting back on the past is a vital step in preparing for the future. Celebrating the wins, learning from the losses, and looking to the road ahead. At Granger Construction, we had an awesome 2023. Granted, I typically have a glass-half-full outlook but looking back at some of the milestone moments from the year, I can't help but smile. 😊 ➡ https://lnkd.in/dGYxfd_dWe partner on some really awesome projects. Projects that we have the privilege of partnering with some of the industry's best to support and better our surrounding communities. Our work makes an impact. But, this is not unique to Granger. Looking at our 2023 recap video, the impact that in unique to us, that impact that makes us stand out in our industry, our biggest impact are all of those smiling faces. Those smiling faces are the ones that make Granger great. Those smiling faces make our future look bright.😎Let's keep celebrating our WINSdays. Cheers to 2024!#winsday #grangerconstruction #proudtoworkhere #itsthepeople #impact

Really enjoyed this session yesterady and a selected bunch with different experiences and standpoints made interesting discussion.A few stand out points for me were How the Building Safety Act is going to impact on Frameworks and collaboration moving forwards. I see it as a positive thing and a real opportuity to move forwards on what Lagan, Egan et al have reported on for 40 years. What do you think?Construction procurement is now about far more than just the activity itself. Someone talked about us becoming school teachers, parents, counsellors and much more as part of the social value agenda, which I believe in. However, this got me thinking. When the government procures IT systems (thinking the Post Office Horizon and the NHS, and more specifically, Fujitsu, then what Social value for those levels of contracts do they have to demonstrate and give? What did the suppliers in the PPE crisis have to do to win the contracts? I bet not as much as construction has to. This is not fair or right. Surely Social Value should be spread across the whole procurement piece fairly? What is your experience? What do you think?

Well chaired Dan Whelan.A healthy discussion with a common thread of frustration, coupled with optimism and a desire for action and change. The lack of respect of value, both in terms of what each party is able to bring to the table, as well as value diluted by “a race to the bottom” has to be one of the key issues across the industry.#value #values#respect #experince #expertise #yougetwhatyoupayfor

Exciting news for Ramsgate! 🎉 Pascall+Watson, Curl la Tourelle Head Architecture, and Jan Kattein Architects are collaborating on five key development projects to transform the town's Port and Harbour area, leveraging a generous £19.8 million in Levelling Up funds. One of the most ambitious initiatives being led by Pascall+Watson is designing a fishing facility at Ramsgate Royal Harbour's East Crosswall. This project not only rejuvenates the local fishing industry but also generates new job opportunities and drives economic growth 💼📈. Additionally, Pascall+Watson's plans to enhance exiting port infrastructure by designing two roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) berths, paving the way for potential cargo transport services 🚢. By working collaboratively with the Thanet Fishermen's Association and other stakeholders like the UK Border Force, these projects will successfully intertwine community values, heritage preservation, and economic prosperity. St. Patrick's Day and the construction industry may not seem like an obvious connection at first, but there are actually some interesting parallels between the two. Just like how St. Patrick's Day is a day of celebration and festivities, construction projects often mark significant milestones and achievements. Both involve careful planning, attention to detail, and hard work to create something special. In the construction industry, the color green is often associated with sustainability and eco-friendly practices. On St. Patrick's Day, green is the dominant color symbolizing luck, harmony, and growth. This shared color theme highlights the importance of being environmentally conscious in construction projects to ensure a better future for generations to come.Additionally, just as St. Patrick's Day is a time to honor Irish heritage and culture, the construction industry also values diversity and inclusivity. Different backgrounds, skills, and perspectives come together to create innovative and functional structures that benefit communities.Overall, the connection between St. Patrick's Day and the construction industry lies in the shared values of hard work, creativity, and unity. Both celebrate progress, growth, and the potential for a brighter tomorrow.
